From November 11 to November 14, 2024, Hall 16 at MEDICA GERMANY in Düsseldorf was the location for KAPHAPHYSIO's journey. As a leading company in the industry, our team (including sales managers, technical engineers and other key personnel) was excited to participate in this event, where we not only showcased new machines but also established new partnerships.
Preparation before the exhibition
Careful planning and preparation began a few days before the show. To ensure that our machines were fully displayed on the booth, the design of the booth reflected our brand's commitment to excellence, with a focus on user experience and interaction. As the show opened, we were ready to welcome visitors from all over the world.
Machine Experience and Booking
One of the highlights of the show was that visitors could experience our machines firsthand. Our technical engineers were on hand to demonstrate our latest machine models, answer questions and address concerns. The positive feedback was incredible and many visitors expressed interest in our products. As a result, we received multiple bookings and pre-orders during the show, and branding took a significant step forward.

In addition to meeting new faces, we also took the opportunity to get in touch with local customers who had previously purchased our machines. Our team visited old customers in the Düsseldorf area to discuss their current needs and future plans.
