A: 1 year for the host machine and 6 months for the spare parts. As the manufacturer, we can provide you with lifelong technical support. We promise to deal with all the problems you meet during the operation. If necessary, we will send you spare parts for free within the warranty.

A: Since our devices are designed and produced by our own technical team, we can provide a timely solution within 24 hours for any operational issues.

Q: Do I need to send the whole device back for repairs?

A: No, you don't need to send the entire device back. We will send the necessary part along with a detailed video guide to help you replace it step by step.

Q: How do I claim warranty service?

A: If your product is within the warranty period, contact our customer service team with your purchase details and issue description.

Q: Are there any additional costs for technical support after the warranty expires?

A: Basic technical support is free for the lifetime of the product. However, repairs and spare part replacements may have additional costs.

Q: Is it difficult to replace a faulty part? What tools are needed?

A: No, it's easy. The replacement parts are modular, so no welding is required. You only need to remove the broken part and install the new one using basic tools for loosening and tightening screws.
