Q: What is the purchasing process?
A: The purchasing process is as follows: You and our salesperson will agree on the machine price and shipping costs. Then, our salesperson will send you a payment link and invoice.
Q: What are the payment methods?
A: We offer several payment methods, including AliExpress international payment (which supports T/T, credit card, PayPal, Western Union, etc. You can see all available payment options on the payment link), bank transfer, and eBay platform payment.
Q: Does the machine support logo customization? What is the cost?
A: Yes, we support logo customization. We can add your logo to the machine's exterior and system for free.
Q: What is the process of OEM&ODM?
A: 3 days to complete the case design. 7 days to complete the internal structure design. 30 days to get your customized case.We can build your own brand in about 30 days.
Shipping
Q: How is the machine shipped after purchase?
A: After receiving your payment, we will complete the machine installation and send you a test video within 1-3 days. After confirmation, the machine will be packed and shipped.
Q: How long does it take to receive the logistics tracking number?
A: After you receive the test video, I will send you the waybill and logistics tracking number within about 3 days. The time from payment to receiving the logistics tracking number is about 2-5 days
Q: How is the device packaged for shipping?
A: The device is first placed in an aluminum box, which is then covered by a carton box. Inside the aluminum box, we add plenty of protective cotton to ensure the device and accessories remain safe during international transportation.
Q: Could you accept drop shipping?
A: Yes, as the machine manufacturer, we have stable production ability and stock, after you paying for the order, we will arrange shipping for you.
Q: Could you provide DDP delivery?
A: Yes, we can provide it for you. Our shipping partner will handle customs clearance and tax. After the payment, you do not need to worry anything. Wait and the machine will reach your door, so customer is not contacted by customs.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: If you want to work with us, we can advance your order and make the delivery time from 7 working days to 1-3 working days. That means it takes 1-3 working days to prepare the machine and test it. And it takes 1 day to reach the airport. Normally, it takes about 3-7 working days to reach America, 5-9 working days to reach Europe and 2-4 days to reach Southeast Asia such as Singapore and Malaysia. You can get your unit in 5-12 working days after you place the order.
Q: What if the device gets damaged during transportation?
A: Even there is the damage caused by the violent transportation, we will bear the loss and send you the necessary part to do the replacement. It will be totally free.

A: You can check your package status on the FedEx, DHL, or UPS website using the provided tracking number.
